The translation terminology database helps you manage and apply domain-specific term translations, ensuring consistency and standardization in translation results.

Creating a Terminology Database

The terminology database is empty on first use.

Click the “+” button in the terminology database list to create a new, empty database.

Adding Terms

You can add terms in two ways:

  • Add individually — Click the “Add Term” button and enter terms one at a time
  • Batch import — Download the term template, edit it, and import all terms at once

Managing Terms

Use the Edit and Delete buttons in each term entry’s menu to manage individual terms.

You can also use the Export button to export the database as a text file, edit it, and re-import.

Note: When manually adding terms, the system will prompt whether to overwrite duplicate entries. When batch importing, the batch-imported terms take precedence.
