b. The page will jump to CARSI. Enter the school where the user is located and select it.
c. The page jumps to the institution where the user is located for authentication.
d. After successful authentication, you need to bind your mobile phone number.
If the mobile phone number has been registered in the NoteExpress Web or NoteExpress user center, the CARSI authentication information will be bound to the existing account.
If the mobile phone number has not been registered, a new Qingti account will be generated using the mobile phone number, and the CARSI authentication information will be bound to the new NoteExpress Web account.
After registration, institutional users will have the name of their affiliated institution displayed in their account information.
When users log in to various NoteExpress Web services using an account authenticated by CARSI, they will no longer be restricted by the IP address range.
