Source: 格式化文件导入(含剪贴板导入)
NoteExpress Web supports automatic identification and import of formatted files exported from database websites or other reference management software. Supported formats include RIS, Medline, RefWorks, NoteExpress, EndNote, and BibTeX (v2.8.0+).
There are three methods:
1) Import from Clipboard
Copy text in any of the supported formats. When you open NoteExpress Web, it will automatically detect the clipboard content and prompt you to import. Click Import to add the references from the clipboard into NoteExpress Web.
Starting from v2.9.0, copying reference text in APA, Chicago, or GB/T 7714 format is also automatically recognized.
You can also choose to import later via Add Reference → Clipboard Import. This option can be re-enabled in Settings.
The option can also be manually toggled in Preferences.
2) Select File to Import
- Click Add Reference, then select Import References.
- Select the formatted file you want to import into NoteExpress Web from your folder, then click Open.

- A progress bar will appear during import. Once complete, you can view the imported reference metadata.

3) Drag and Drop Import
- Select one or more formatted files.
- Drag them into the reference list panel, or drop them onto a folder or its subfolder.
- The files are imported successfully — check the imported items.
- Reference metadata is automatically completed during import.
