Using the "Institutional Code"

Users can obtain the “Inst Code” from the activation notice issued by their institution before registration.
Only by knowing the “Inst Code” can they register as a user of the institution and thus enjoy institutional privileges.

When registering as an institutional user, be sure to ensure that the computer or terminal device you are using is connected to the local area network of your institution. Only by registering within the institutional local area network can you pass the institutional authentication.

Once successfully registered as an institutional user, you can use NoteExpress Web in any network environment.

Registration method:

Step 1

• After clicking “Register”, a browser page will pop up automatically.
  Please select “User(Inst)”.

Step 2

• Please ensure that you fill out the form as specified in NoteExpress Web, paying special attention to case sensitivity when entering Inst Code.

Step 3

• Click “Send”, then enter the received SMS verification code. Finally, click “Register” to complete registration.

After registration is completed, you can log in and start using it!
