NoteExpress Web CSL Writing Plugin
Installation
After version updates, install via:
Main Menu > Tools > CSL Plugin Installation
Supported in MS Word and WPS
The English writing plugin is in the process of being adapted, you can first use it according to the following instructions.
Authorization Login
In Word sidebar, click 青提登录 NoteExpress Web Login and copy login code
Open NoteExpress main application > click Profile picture > Personal Rights > 授权登录 Authorize Login > Paste code and authorize
- All references sync to CSL plugin
Writing Steps
- Insert Citations
Select the target citation(s) → Click 插入引文 Insert Citations
- Insert Notes
Select the target citation(s) → Click 插入笔记 Insert Notes
Quick Writing Assistance (select document text)
Preview/Finalize:
- Preview citations via References
- Check missing fields
- Click Finalize to remove field codes
Style Change
Search styles via 菜单 Menu > 设置 Settings > 更多样式 More Styles
Recently used styles appear first
Preview formatting via 菜单 Menu >参考文献 References
Additional Settings
Set colors for:
- 文内引文颜色 In-text citations
- 尾注/脚注颜色 Footnotes/Endnotes (reference list)
引用文献更新策略 Reference list update mode:
- 自动更新 Auto Update: Updates during citation insertion
- 手动更新 Manual Update: Updates via References section
