Reading and Collaboration in Groups

Reference management, attachment reading, and note editing within a group are largely the same as in personal reference management. However, several collaboration-specific features are available:

1. Note Visibility

When editing notes, you can choose whether to make your notes public. New notes are private by default — private notes will not appear in the group’s note list.

2. Contributor Tracking

Members who edit notes or add attachments are associated with the reference as collaborators. You can quickly find them via “References I’ve Participated In”. You can also filter references by the contributor ID to quickly browse content added by different members.
