Manual Completion of Article Information

NoteExpress Web supports Smart Update for imported files.

When online, the system can automatically extract the title or DOI from imported files to populate other bibliographic metadata.

For references that were not automatically updated during the creation process, you can select the reference in the NoteExpress Web reference area, then click “ Update” in the menu ribbon to update the corresponding reference content.

The specific procedure is as follows:

• a.Supplement key fields based on attachment information.

• 

• b. Right - click on the selected bibliographic record, and click “Update”

• 

• c. When the interface prompts “Update successful”, the update of the corresponding bibliographic record is completed.

• d. Click on the avatar. In the update source sorting, you can also view and adjust the update source database.
