For users who have downloaded a large number of PDF and CAJ full-texts, for the convenience of management, the full-texts can be directly imported into NoteExpress Web for management.
NoteExpress Web can identify information such as titles and DOIs in the files (vector PDF files only), and automatically complete the remaining fields based on the title and DOI information.
There are two methods as follows:
1. Local file import
a. Click “Add Paper” and select “Import Paper”
b. Select the PDF or CAJ format files that need to be imported into NoteExpress Web from the folder, and click “Open”
c. A progress bar will be displayed during the import process.
d. After the import is completed, NoteExpress Web will automatically complete the bibliographic information.
For documents with multiple matching results, you can also select the required information in the pop-up window.
2. Drag with the mouse:
a. Select one or more PDF or CAJ files
b. Drag the selected files to the NoteExpress Web Bibliography List, or drag them to the selected [Folder] or its sub - folders.
c. The file would be
imported with auto-complete the bibliographic information.
