Add References to a Group

You can upload local attachments directly into a group, or add references from your personal library.

1. Upload Local Attachments

Click “Add Reference” → choose “Import Reference” → select files from your local folder. After importing, reference metadata will be automatically fetched and updated — the same as in personal reference management.

2. Add Personal References to the Group

Click “Add Reference” → choose “Import Personal References”. In the pop-up window, browse and select references, attachments, and notes from your personal database to share with the group.

Filtering by Contributor

References and notes added by different members can be quickly filtered using the contributor ID.
