Local Search

NoteExpress Web provides local search functionality to help users quickly locate target papers.

Basic Search

a. Select search field:
Available fields: Title, Authors, Keywords, Abstract, Source, Notes, All Fields

b. Enter search keywords

c. Matching papers will be displayed

Note: Search parameters persist when switching folders. Changing folders only adjusts the search scope unless you clear the search box.

Advanced Search

a. Click Advanced Search to open the dialog

b. Enter search keywords

c. Select corresponding qualifiers

d. Choose search scope

e. Click Search to display matching papers

f. Modify conditions:

• Remove criteria in the filter panel (right of search box)
• Click Edit Search to return to dialog for adjustments
